Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 18 September 2026 · Strong8K Media, operator of strong8k.best
This policy applies to every subscription, including free trials. It exists so that one account cannot degrade the service for everyone else, and so that the platform is not used unlawfully.
1. Personal, household use only
Your subscription is for you and the people in your household. The number of streams that may play at the same time is set by your plan. You may install your credentials on as many of your own devices as you like, but concurrent playback beyond your plan limit is not permitted.
2. What you must not do
- Share credentials with anyone outside your household, publish them, or sell them.
- Resell or sub-licence access without a written reseller agreement with us.
- Restream or redistribute any stream, whether publicly or privately, including to another IPTV panel.
- Use the service commercially - in a bar, hotel, gym, shop, office, place of worship or any other public or commercial premises - without the separate licences such use requires.
- Record, capture or archive content beyond what personal time-shifting law allows where you live.
- Circumvent plan limits, geo-restrictions, DRM or any technical protection measure.
- Attack or probe our infrastructure: scanning, brute-force attempts, denial of service, or unauthorised access attempts.
- Scrape or automate bulk requests against our website, API or panel.
- Abuse free trials by creating multiple accounts, using disposable e-mail addresses, or masking your connection to obtain further trials.
- Use the service for anything unlawful where you are, or in breach of anyone else's rights.
3. Your legal responsibility
Rules on receiving broadcast content vary considerably between countries. It is your responsibility - not ours - to establish that your use is lawful where you are, and to obtain any licence, permission or subscription your use requires. Supplying you with a technical service is not a representation that any particular use of it is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. How we enforce this
We monitor for concurrency abuse and unusual connection patterns. Depending on severity, we may:
- contact you to resolve it, where it looks accidental;
- throttle or reduce the connections available to your line;
- suspend the line pending your response;
- terminate the account without refund, for serious or repeated breaches;
- report the matter to the relevant authorities where we are required to.
We aim to contact you first where the breach looks unintentional. We will not do so where that would frustrate an investigation or where we are legally prevented.
5. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of credentials being shared or resold, or of the service being used commercially without licence, please tell us at support@strong8k.best. Copyright matters should go through our DMCA and Copyright Policy.
6. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, contact us within 14 days. We will review the decision and explain the outcome.
