Step by step

  1. 1

    Find your MAC address

    From the main menu open Settings, then System Settings, then About. The MAC address looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.

    Send the MAC to support

    Message us on WhatsApp with your MAC address. We will bind it to your subscription, which usually takes a few minutes during working hours.

    Open the portal settings

    Go to Settings, System Settings, Servers, then Portals.

  4. 4

    Enter the portal URL

    Set Portal 1 Name to Strong8K and Portal 1 URL to the portal address shown in your dashboard. Save and exit.

  5. 5

    Reboot the box

    Restart the MAG. It will load the portal and your channel list on start-up. If you see a "portal not found" message, confirm the MAC was registered.

Worth knowing

MAG boxes are tied to a MAC address, so your box MAC must be registered to your subscription before the portal will load. Send it to us on WhatsApp and we will add it.
