Before you buy
Do longer plans include the same content?
Yes. Every plan unlocks the same channels, VOD library and EPG. The only difference is the term - the longer you commit, the less each month costs, down to half price on the 12-month plan.
Can I upgrade mid-term?
Yes. Message us with the plan you want and we will add the time remaining on your current subscription to the new term, so nothing is lost.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Orders are arranged over WhatsApp at the moment, and we will walk you through the payment options available to you in the chat before you commit to anything.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within the window set out in our refund policy, provided the service could not be made to work for you and our support team had a reasonable chance to help. The free trial exists so you can confirm compatibility before paying.
Do you offer reseller accounts?
