Step by step

    Install a player

    VLC is free and works on both platforms. Kodi with the PVR IPTV Simple Client gives you a proper TV guide.

    Copy your M3U URL

    Open your dashboard and copy the M3U playlist URL.

    Open the stream in VLC

    In VLC choose Media, then Open Network Stream, paste the URL and press Play. The playlist opens in the VLC playlist pane.

    Or configure Kodi

    In Kodi, install PVR IPTV Simple Client, set the M3U location to your playlist URL and the XMLTV URL to your EPG URL, then restart Kodi.

    Confirm playback

    Play a channel to confirm the line is active. If it plays here but not on your TV, the issue is with the TV app or its network, not your subscription.

VLC is the fastest way to test that your line works before you configure a TV or box.
