What is IPTV and what do I need to use it?
IPTV delivers television over your internet connection instead of a satellite dish or cable line. You need a stable connection of at least 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K, and any device that runs a compatible player app, such as a Smart TV, Firestick, Android box, phone, tablet, MAG box or Enigma2 receiver.
Which devices are supported?
Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, Windows and macOS. Anything that accepts an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login will work.
How quickly do I get my login details?
We send them in the same WhatsApp chat as soon as your payment is confirmed - usually within a few minutes during working hours. Save the message: it carries your server URL, username and password.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Tap any free-trial button and it opens a WhatsApp chat with us - tell us which device you use and we send 24-hour credentials, no card details needed. One trial per household.
Can I watch on more than one device at a time?
Every plan includes one connection, which means one stream at a time. You can install your credentials on as many devices as you like, but only one can play at once. Need two, three or four screens at the same time? Message us on WhatsApp for multi-connection pricing.
What happens if a stream buffers?
Message us on WhatsApp with the channel name and the time, and our team will check the source. Most buffering is caused by local network conditions, so we will also walk you through a quick connection check.
Do you keep my payment details?
No. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our servers. We store only the invoice, the amount and the processor reference.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term and simply stop at the end of it. If you want to continue, message us before it expires and we will extend the same line.
